Drove to Pike's Peak summit.
Was shaky and tired when I arrived. Had slept 2 hours that night driving out from MO. Ate a Hammer Bar and felt a bit better.
Planned to do the 3-2-1 workout but opted out once I had done 6. Body was exhausted from M pace yesterday and lack of sleep in addition to . SURPRISE - altitude of 14K.
Pretty steep first mile
Didn't push on way up. Was already huffing and puffing and didnt want to strain legs. Good work overall.
