Notes

Uphill time could be faster - was dodging bikers from the 100 mile MTB race. Took downhill steady/easy to save quads. Felt pretty good - cardio not too bad - legs seem more tired, however.

Took some good pics and video of the leaders coming down Power line.

HEED (150 cals or so), 1 L of water.
