Rows: 115, 125, 135, 135, 135 <Form may have suffered on 135. Do 130 next time>

Squat: 115, 125, 130, 130, 130

OH Press: 65, 70, 70, 70, 70 (last set was only 4 reps)

Did BOSU between Chest sets and Row Sets. Balance on 1 leg, swing other forward/back. 30-45 secs/leg.
