LEFT Knee pain / Muscle pain - left lateral side. Feel pulling in Quad (left lower side) and calf (left upper side).
Hurt worse when I would stop to stretch so just kept going.
Stretched well when home.
Camelbak Octane w/ water (1L)
No food / calories before or during run.
