5.3 miles on feel (easy +) Felt really good - didn't check watch during run but thought I was running faster than 8:30 but wasn't breathing hard at all.
Left Knee didn't act up. Wore new knee/quad bands for IT issues. Not sure if this did the trick or the 2 days off. Will see tomorrow during that run.
No water/food.
