Focused on HR and breathing rate. HR target of 150 - slowed to a walk when it crept up hills or got going to fast.
Equipment: INOV8 Hydration Pack, 48 oz. Consumed about 36 oz. Only consumed 1 gel (100 cal). Was trying to avoid carbs while running at such a slow (aerobic) pace.
Calves quite sore (slower pace or b/c of hard workout yesterday). Will definitely avoid a hard workout on Fridays moving forward.
