Adjusted splits: 9:15, 9:36 and 9:31 pace last 0.63 miles

Not flat on grass like I wanted but was able to get out late and still run four easy laps around the block on a relatively flat loop. Got home later than I wanted to but happy to still get out and run. Decided late to run four laps around the 0.66-mile Olive loop instead of some other loops in the area. Had a pretty piss-poor stretch and was off.

Just kept it nice and easy. Went 6:04, 6:18, 6:22 and 6:21. Legs were pretty heavy but luckily the effort was minimal. A little over two laps in I started to feel it in my right hamstring. Still feeling it from the run in Orlando five dies prior, even after three days off (and one run yesterday). No pain, but a lot of tightening. It just feels like it is ready to pop. I need to do a better job stretching, especially the hamstrings. I’ve had this in the last few years and it takes forever to recover. Still, I’m OK now and will keep on my plan.
