---Pretty disheartening. Ran the loops in 16:35 and 17:07. The two slowest before today were 16:03 and 16:04.---

Drove over to Chili’s and ran the 2.025-mile loop twice. Ran them in 16:35 and 17:07. Coming into today my slowest of the 25 previous times I ran the loop (counting each 2.025-mile loop as one) was 16:04. And this is normally a loop that I run as a recovery run, so super easy. That’s how bad of shape I’m in.

Once again my breathing was out of control. My legs were a little heavy but not too bad. As pathetic as today was, it was my longest run (4.05 miles) since Aug. 26, 2011, when I did 5.10 miles. I only have run 14 times in between Aug. 26 and today (Jan. 30). Wow.
