Really, really didn't want to run on the treadmill, but it was high 30's out with light snow and I really didn't have the right clothing. So instead I ran four boring miles on the treadmill at 4,850 feet in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ran at 1% grade and first three were at 7:24 and the last was varying speeds, closing in 6:31 or so. I had doing the treadmill but sometimes you have to just bite the bullet. Also, Brian Sell occasionally runs on the 'Mill and he is an Olympian. So there.
