My tweets after the run basically said it all:

* Didn't break 8:00 pace on a short (but hilly) loop. Good start to my "comeback." I can't pick on runners who listen to music if I'm this slow.

* Would have kicked it in if I'd known I failed. Then again, the dry-heave on top of the hill once I finished didn't help either.

* I also look like I'm pregnant.

* I feel like I should have just walked on the treadmill and watched “The Notebook.”

* Actually I didn't dry-heave, I almost dry-heaved (2-of-4 on the heave scale). It was probably just my vagina tightening up.

* @rachelclarice and her mom are watching "Eat, Pray, Love." I should have just watched that and walked in place.

* The only good thing is that I still stood up to pee after the run.

* I don't even deserve this Gatorade.
