---Saw some guy running with an oxygen mask on.---
Drove out to Lake Murray and ran there. Planned on running just the 4.26 miles, but I felt pretty good and decided the run the whole out-and-back loop. Went out in 19:32 and came back in 19:21. The 38:53 was somehow my fastest time on the out-and-back since July 23, 2010 (eight loops since). My breathing was still way out of control and my average heart rate of 169 was way too high, but my legs felt good.
This should make my goal of 27.00 miles for the week over seven runs a bit easier. Would obviously like to be back at the 36.00 ran, but I’m not close to being ready. Still no problems with my left hamstring/groin.
