Week 1 Day 4 Sprint Training
6x20m acceleration sprints from standing start at 95-100%. 2 min recoveries.
I haven't sprinted this hard since middle school. It wasn't pretty. I felt all over the place and my first stride out was sluggish and weird. Tried both foot positions forward to start. Not sure which I like best yet. It seemed to take around 5 meters to start feeling "graceful" and then it was over. This is good for me.
