Not a high quality run. :( Not feeling strong or fast or smooth. Ran after drinking a double espresso since I was tired but that just made me feel super jittery and weird. I know better than to do that. Too many stops to follow the right trails and then I got lost looking for the final trail. Ended up on a dirt road paralleling hwy 1 and a railroad track. Just as well because it shortened the run which I desperately wanted to finish anyway. They can't all be good.
