Week 3 Day 5 of Sprint Training
Better late than never. Moved this workout one day because I was just too tired yesterday afternoon to do it. Plus it was scorching hot out. Anyway,
Warm up 800m 2x100m buildups, drills, dynamic flexibility. Humid and warm for the morning. I felt pretty sluggish during the warmup but at least my heel wasn't bugging me.
