Week 3 Day 5 of Sprint Training

200m Time Trial

This sucked!! Let's just say I was a lot slower than I wanted to be. I couldn't seem to get going at the start and then when I did finally get moving, I couldn't hold onto it. :( :( Whatevs. Not happy with it but I have a baseline to go by and please God it can only get better from here.
