Notes
Tough one today. Got and and started cleaning the apt. Cleaned until 5, and was totally tired. All i wanted to do was take a shower, crack a cold beer, and sit in the cool clean living room in my underwear watching the men's Olympic Marathon. But the race didn't start until 6:30, and since i was already sweaty, i thought i'd go for a run. It really should have been a rest day today, but the streak is still going, and i thought an easy run would loosen me up a biit.
Hot out there, humid again today. It felt really good to stop.
Hardest "easy" run yet.
