Notes
Well deserved rest day today. Had a lot going on, and came real close to running, but didn't.
Got up this morning and went to the Korean Market up in Niles with Tracy, where i got a bunch of Korean foodstuffs. Then up to the Bucktown Artfest with Jon-gino to check out the set up. By the time i got back home, it was Kalbi Beef time. Had a couple cold ones and we had T-Bone over for a game of Balderdash.
It was a good couple weeks in terms of a running streak, in fact, my best ever. Eighteen days straight. Yay me. But definitely time for a rest day. I could have done a couple today, but i was digging the 5-a-days and didn't think my body wanted to do that much. I'll have to improve on it sometime.
