Awful run today. I'm glad I didn't try a long run at NCC. Kelly and I both have the cold Katie and Aiden have had since last weekend. Worse is that we leave for our 6 night cruise tomorrow morning. With 2.5 miles left in this run, my knee started to really hurt from the bruise playing basketball yesterday.
