Started with Henz from NCC at 5:45 to try and dodge the heat. Despite the early start, it was frickin hot and really humid. We circled back to school to join the 6:30 group and headed out to Herrick Lake. Henz and I turned off at about 80 to get back to school in 2 hours. At about1:40 I started to break down and dropped off pace a bit. With all the sweat I lost, plus the heat, it just got to me. I made it back to school and just collapsed for a while. Summer sucks.
