Notes

I decided to back it down a bit and give my knee and hamstring a chance to heel better. I did this short run and then hopped on my bike and painted mile markers on a 10 mile route I often run from my house.

I'm writing this Monday morning after not doing anything Sunday and the knee is still sore and the hamstring is still tight.
