After the hills, I headed over to the Ides of March course and did one lap at Med-hard effort. It came out to about 6:13 pace, I think. My hamstring was a little tight at that point so I just ran relaxed the rest of the way. My body felt pretty tired the last half hour. Still inspired by Weigel, I toughed it out to get to 2 hours. My right knee was sore after and still is. The Free's worked out fine. Good start to the week, but I really need some sleep.
