Notes
Woke up at 4:30 in the hotel. Started the run at 5:30 and went over the big bridge again. That bridge really sucks with all the cars going by and especially when it's dark outside and nothing to see. After that I headed up the 3/4 mile hill and over to the park to do a hill workout. It was still closed so I had to circle around for 10 minutes until a guy got the gates open. The hills were brutal. I only did 3 but they were so freaking steep and long that it was a great workout. Each one took 2:42. By 2/3 way up my legs and lungs were screeming. After the last one, there was only about 17 minutes left to get back, so I pushed it on the 3/4 mile downhill. It's not too steep as to feel out of control. It was fun just cruising fast with little effort.
I've got a long day ahead of me with this conference and then fly home tonight.
