Tired today. Started at 8.1 mph and increase .1 every 5 minutes up to 9.2 the last 5 minutes. Hamstring was very tight and sore afterward. My whole body is sore. I think a lot of that is from all the shoveling this week, but it's also from being terribly inconsistent lately.
Did some squats holding dumbbells, lounges and leg swings after.
