Ran with Henz from NCC. I had a Wiegel sighting just before the start of the run. I think that's the first time I've actually seen him running since last summer. We had a good pace going and then it just gradually got faster and faster. We were at least 6:00 or faster for a good 1/2 hour. We then backed it down a bit the last 8 minutes. Great morning for a run.
