The hamstring is a big problem right now. I did this one ou-n-back on the Gilman trail. I took it all hte way until it's end and back. The hamstring was tight the first half. As I started coming back it got worse and I had to slow down and the form was getting bad. I was thinking, "oh shit, I'm 11 miles from home and not positive I'll be able to run the whole way back." after a mile it got just loose enough to run with minimal limp but still not smooth. I wanted to push the effort the last 5 miles but the leg wouldn't let me. It started to lock up in the last couple miles. I was practically dragging it with me. My foot was landing in strange ways because I just couldn't stabilize it. I finished with too much left. The whole leg is so sore now.
