Didn't feel great and the heat and humidity seemed to make it worse. My shoes were completely saturated bu 35 minutes. Felt pretty tired by the end and glad I didn't go longer.
The gross and scary part: So after stretching and some lifting I went into the locker room and took a pee. What came out was blood. I don't mean that it was dark yellow from being dehydrated. This was definitely blood. Hopefully this is just bad dehydration and not something worse. Lots and lots of water today.
