Ran with BS and Henz from NCC. Henz Joined us 15 minutes in. Headed out to Brookdale and MacDowell. BS rolled his ankle early in the run but was ok. Then he got his legs covered in burrs later on. Finally, he had a spider crawling all over his legs.
Good overall pace that varied during certain stretches. Good to have Henz back out there with us after his injury and vacation.
