Merry Christmas! So nasty outside. Ten minutes into this run it started to rain. About 1/2 hour in the rain changed to freezing rain and blasted my eyes as I ran into a strong headwind. That turned into snow by an hour and it was just a struggle against the elements the whole way. My hips, knees and hamstring are hurting.
