Notes
Just an easy run followed by two easy strides. My hamstrings still have some tightness, which is really annoying. Other than that, I feel great. It's strange how much energy I have right now. I'm at work and just buzzing with energy, as if I just drank a cup of coffee, but I haven't had any caffeine since Oct 8th. I haven't slept an better than usual either but I just feel so alert. Starting Sunday, I cut way back on carbs and was just eating lean meet, cheese, veggies and lots of water. Just last night I started to eat some healthy carbs again. It was so great to bite into a bagel this morning. That Atkins shit really works too. Not that I wanted or needed to, but I've dropped 5.2 lb's since Sunday morning. Oh well, lighter is faster, right?
