Felt pretty lethargic out there in the heat and humidity. About halfway through, my right ankle started to hurt. It was the same spot that hurt for a few days after the last time I played basketball. It's strange that there is no pain at all when playing but I get the pain later. The hips didn't bug me at all, which I was concerned about since they were sore when playing basketball this morning.
