Ran with a small group from NCC to Danada and back. Right hammy got tight around 80 minutes. WIth about 20 minutes to go, knee lift became hard and the hamstrings were getting tighter. Stopped at school at 1:50 so my ass could explode and added on Duck loop. I'll log that seperate. Good run as far as effort and quality but I need to get these legs stronger. I can't be tightening up so bad the last 1/2 hour of the marathon.
