Notes
I had to take the kids to school yesterday and didn't have a chance later in the day to run. Oh well.
Started with Henz and Mike from NCC this morning. Did White Oak loop and dropped Henz off to coach. Mike and I then ran south on the river trail and worked our way back up on some streets roughly parallel. Seemed like we were moving at a good pace, although the average for the whole run seems just okay. I was really tired from staying up late watching Jamie play soccer last night. Another great morning outside.
