I woke up this morning feeling more sick. My throat hurts, sinuses are congested, runny nose and taste is dulled. Rather than face the outside, I hopped on the treadmill instead. It was boring but hopefully a smart move. Right on schedule at 35 minutes, my form fell apart and I struggled for knee lift as my right hamstring tightened followed shortly by the left. I worked through it and eventually got close to normal for the last 8 minutes.
Did a set of leg extensions and curls before the run.
