Lower back and right leg are still terrible. The leg was painful/tight but loosened up some by 3 miles. The back never really got better throughout the run, so my form was off the whole way.
Beautiful morning with cooler temps, lower humidity and a nice breeze. Wish I could have enjoyed it more.
