Went to LifeTime fitness and hoped on the elliptical for 5 minutes, the treadmill for 6 and then played about 45 minutes of 3 on 3 basketball. This was the first basketball I've played in about 3 months or so. Had fun and hope to play some more now. I was surprised at how sore my legs are still after taking off the past two days. It's all in the quads and calves. Maybe there's something to take from that?
