Notes
I had to start real early to get this in before the all-day-long meetings today. The weather was much different than yesterday. It was just under 50 degrees and steady 25 mph winds. It was just an out-and-back loop with a headwind all the way back. I wish I had time to go longer but probably good for my knee that I didn't. It's really hurting. It started as a bruised knee cap, but the pain has spread to other areas on the inner side of the knee. I thought the bruise would be better by now. Very frustrating. So tired and I have a late flight home tonight.
