Just terrible. I can't keep having major sleep deprivation night after night. It always catches up with me, and this week has been one of the worst ever.

On the positive, my legs don't hurt or feel strained anywhere. Basketball has absolutely helped keep the legs healthy. It hurts the overall mileage, so there's a tradeoff. Maybe I can get back to adding a lunch run on basketball days?
