It was pouring rain this morning (bad flooding in the area, so we packed up the whole family and went to Vaughn. It was strange to run on the track. Reminded me of running down hotel hallways when I was young. There running track is one of those that is overlooking basketball courts. The knees were happy to have the cushion of the track along with my old man shoes. There was some type of dog obstacle course training going on in the basketball court, so I got to watch that as I circled round n round. Just an easy prerace day run.
