Notes
I was disapointed with myself out there today. I ran with BS, Hens, Carrigan and Chance from NCC. We took off at a fast pace and kept building. I could tell right away that it wasn't strong today. At 42 minutes, Carrigan and Chance pulled away. From there, I was struggling to keep up with Henz. At and hour, I dropped off from Henz and tried to find a pace that I could maintain for another 30-60 minutes. I eventually caught up to Chance, who had slowed. We took it back to school but he pulled off to shit. I got back and was starting to add on Duck when Henz came along. He was still moving well and it was a struggle to stay with him for Duck, so I got dropped by him a second time. I was impressed with how strong he ran today considering the big week we've had and him being up late the last 2 nights helping with the last chance meet.
