Woke up too early today, so I was fighting sleepiness. After about 20 minutes I got moving well on the Prairie path heading East. The four mile splits I caught were about 6:30 each. My hamstrings got a little tight late in the run and are sore now.
Saturday's run keeps bugging me more than it should. I really want to up the intensity of all runs this month. Mileage has been decent but I need to push it more.
