It was risky to try this workout with all the hamstring problems I've had lately and being only 16 days until the marathon but I feel like I'm behind where I want to be and have hardly had any real good workouts in the last 8 weeks or so.
I did 6 x Huffman/North Ave circuit. The hamstring felt like it was holding up, just usual tightness. It was a good workout, with each hill getting faster. I just wish I had better sleep so I wouldn't be dragging so much from that. Distance is a guess based on effort.
