I needed a day off to rest yesterday. I was tired and sore after a long week.
Woke up at 3:30 on a Sunday. That sucks! Run was going well until 80minutes. The hamstring got real tight and I struggled for leg lift. I was dragging my right foot across the ground and hobbling. I stopped for a minute at 85 to stretch it. That helped me get through the rest of the run.
