Up at 2:15 today after getting up at 3:00 on Monday. Ran with the headlight on in Herrick Lake. Tired legs and mind. Legs got a little wobbly the last mile. Knee was sore after. I think I pound the ground harder running in the dark. Dressed warmer than I needed to.
