Had a rough night of sleep after my Dad called last night with some bad news. Got up at 3:45 and came into NCC early. It was 49 degrees and windy when I started. Headed South on the river trail to the outhouse but it was close. Had to do my business in the bushes off to the side of the trail instead. From there I found a port-o-potty for better clean-up. Did a modified version of Extended Modaff and got a little turned around. The temperature fell throughout the run. By 75 minutes my hands were freezing in light gloves. I got back to NCC at 85 minutes and put on another layer of gloves and joined the full Morning Run. My groin muscles on both sides are sore for some reason.
