Notes
With Henz and B Scott from NCC. I struggled all the way through and briefly fell behind at 45 minutes. I basically tried to draft off of Henz the whole way. I don't know what it is with this past week but I just haven't been feeling strong. It was a great effort, but I just wish it hadn't taken so much effort just to hang on.
