Notes
Started off with just Henz from NCC. We ran Prairie and met up with Hird, Rizzo and Enright. Henz ran 5 more minutes with us and then left to go coach. We ran out to Green Valley and gradually built the pace the whole way. The last 30 minutes were pretty strong. We all learned a lot about politics and life from the wise Pat Rizzo.
It was colder than I expected this morning. Hands got pretty cold and couldn't move them much after the run.
Mileage is just a guess paced on time and feel.
