With Henz and Mike from NCC. We headed west and then down to Springbrook and finished on Modaff. I was struggling most of the way from being tired and my legs were still hurting from Sunday's long run. The knee hurt the whole way - more than most days. The hamstring was tight and sore but held up. We were cruising pretty well but I wouldn't have guessed this pace. I even measured it three times.
