Ran with Zach on the river trail. Really cold this morning into the wind. This was my longest run in a long time. I was feeling it the last couple but glad to have done it. My lips were completely frozen at the end. I just hoped right into my car and drove. I was really stiff when I got out at home. Zach put me to shame by running 4 miles before and after the part with me and will finish with 200 this week while saying he's not in good shape. Talk about a whole other league.
