Sleep, or lack of remains my biggest problem. Started feeling sluggish but shook that off pretty quick and settled into a nice rhythm. It was 7:30, but already hot and humid with no clouds in the sky. I melted out there. I got some nasty tasting water at 65 minutes. The hips started to tighten up a bit the last mile and a half. I felt fine later in the day, which told me I didn't run hard enough. I'm still pissed that I wasn't able to join NCC morning run Sat.
