Ran faster than I expected today as I naturally built the whole way. The back has been bothering me ever since Friday. I continue to start out hunched over and straighten out as it loosens up.
The was the hottest run in a long time. It's 3 hours since I ran and I'm still feeling dehydrated.
Haven't decided on running another 1/2 this weekend.
